Novaedia is a catering cooperative society created in 2013 which offers three types of services around fruits: the delivery of baskets of fresh fruits to businesses, a catering service and the designing of business gifts for companies.

In 2019, the company decided to build a new bioclimatic and eco-responsible building named “Resilience” to support its CSR values. These constructions will house Novaedia’s head office as well as its production site.

This building also aims to become a showcase of a model of permaculture and social inclusion by producing 100% organic food in short circuits.

Solution

In order to illustrate the company’s CSR approach, LABO-CONSEIL designed and produced quality equipment that meets Novaedia’s eco-responsible standards:

• 235m² of laboratory for the cutting and packaging of fresh fruit;
• 216m² of catering laboratory;
• The use of bio-responsible and innovative materials such as BTC (compressed earth block) and reused materials.
