Founded in 1998 in Paris, Maison Pierre Hermé is a renowned pastry shop specializing in ice creams, chocolates but above all, in the making of macaroons.
Solution
In order to support the growth of the company internationally, LABO-CONSEIL designed and built a 900m² laboratory including a 100m² negative cold room dedicated to export.
