Rimal is a Lebanese “gourmet” restaurant and event catering business specializing in private and professional receptions as well as weddings.

Solution

Catering part

• Design and construction of a laboratory with the creation of a technical mezzanine floor for storage.

Restoration part

• Rimal ‘’ Atelier ’’ = Lebanese gourmet restaurant (Boulevard Malesherbes 75017 Paris), renovated in 2017 by LABO-CONSEIL (50m² room refurbished);
• Rimal ‘’ le Traiteur ’’ = Lebanese ’street food’ restaurant, mainly take-out (Avenue George V, 75008 Paris);
• Rimal ” Le Café ” = restaurant ” tea room ”, currently under construction since February 2020 – End scheduled for June 2020 (70m² room + 25m² SSOL laboratory with creation of a negative cold room and a bedroom custom-made positive cold in a vaulted cellar).
