Project
KellyDeli is the market leader for sushi kiosks in France and Europe with its Sushi Daily brand.
In 2019, the company created two new brands: Korma Kitchen (Indian cuisine) and Bam’bu (Cuisine from South East Asia). They also decided to build new premises to further develop their Sushi Daily Kiosks in hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
Solution
The designing and construction of a 180 m² laboratory dedicated to making sushi as well as the construction of 70m² of offices and changing rooms.
Project uniqueness: The construction of a special tile to distribute wastewater.
