Factory & Co is a fast-food chain specializing in burgers and bagels. The company has 19 restaurants in France (Paris, Lille, Bordeaux, Marseille, Strasbourg, etc.).

Solution

LABO-CONSEIL worked on the expansion of a production laboratory with a surface area of 600m² on two floors for bagels and burgers, as well as for pastry making.

Uniqueness of project: installation of a freight elevator with a capacity of one ton to distribute to two levels (ground floor and first floor).
